Terms of Use — IJE Rides

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the IJE mobile application (the "Service") operated by IJE Technologies Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Service Availability and Fees

We strive to keep the IJE services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Fees for rides and services are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. All fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of relevant taxes.

Cancellation Fees: You may be charged a fee if you cancel a request after a driver has already accepted and moved towards your location.
Promo Codes: Promo codes are subject to specific terms and can be revoked at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IJE Technologies Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
